Thank you for choosing our app, the application designed by friends for friends. Our mission is to provide the best service for friends to meet, share memories, and facilitate discovering new friends, real friends in the real world. Of course, all this should be done considering the data privacy, one of the biggest issues nowadays.
This application is provided by Voldam Solution SRL (hereinafter also Voldam, Freaver, we, us, our).
The Freaver application’s primary scope is to make people spend more free time together, which is a necessity of all people no matter of the age, but because of some confidential data shared between users, people using this application should be at least 13 years old, or in some jurisdictions the limit can be higher according to local law.
The application can be used worldwide.
We ask user to enter some personal data required for user registration and other additional information in case you want to share it with your friends. You decide which and when your data is shared with others, such as your phone number, ID on other social websites, media files and even your location. Your registered name and profile photo is visible to others who you have interaction with, using the Freaver application, for example if you are invitees to the same meetup or adventure.
We may analyze your private data to improve our service.
We may share some of your data to external systems we integrate with to provide a better service or advanced features for you.
We do not sell your data to other external parties.
You are entirely responsible for content you post (like comments or some other text) or upload media files on Freaver app. Please use the common sense when posting content on Freaver app. Even if the content is usually visible to your friends only, be respectful with them.
Contacts – this is required when you want to create a Meetup or Adventure and you need to add invitees from your phone’s contact list. We need “read-only” access to contacts.
Location – this is required when you are a participant to Meetup or Adventure and you decided to share your location with others.
SMS – this is required when you are creating a Meetup or Adventure and you want to invite your friends by SMS. In this case the application will send for each invitee a SMS with invitation message and unique URL on your behalf. This mean you will be charged by your mobile operator for all SMS messages sent by Freaver app.
Storage – this is required when you want to add media files to the Meetup or Adventure from your mobile phone.
Any content from Freaver.app website is property of Voldam Solution SRL and can be reused only with a written agreement of owner.
Any content published by users in our application is considered “Publicly available” and can be accessible by other users. That content can be downloaded or reused by other users without owner’s consent.
We are not liable for any actions of our users, which offense other users, promote illegal activities or any other activities.
We do not guarantee 24/7 availability or our system. For this reason, we are not liable for any inconveniences or damages to you or your activity.
We do not guarantee the storage and availability of data (posts, files) for a limited or unlimited period.
Do not use the application for any illegal activities (like terrorist acts, drugs dealing, prostitution etc.)
We do not take responsibility for indecent media uploaded, regardless of its accessible mode (private or public); but if we consider it inappropriate, we can block the account immediately and remove the content
The application is intended to be used by people of over 18 years. We don not validate the age of users, so the use of our application is only at their responsibility or their parents or legal guardian.
Our application can be used by any users free of charge for unlimited time.
We may provide additional features which are included in paid plans. Users can subscribe and unsubscribe to these plans according to rules defined for those plans. Rules for each plan are defined in additional contracts between user and us.
User has the right to refund for paid services according to law of Republic of Moldova.
Users can use SMS notifications implemented in Freaver application, for example in case of inviting friends to join a meetup. In all cases SMS will be sent on behalf of user and the cost for these messages will be charged by mobile network operator as they were sent by user manually.
You are free to stop using our service. You can request to remove your account and private data by sending an email to info@freaver.app.
We also reserve the right to suspend or block your account at our discretion and without a notice in case:
You're in breach of these Terms
We receive complaints from other users about your posts (injuries, discriminations, adult content)
You do not use the system for more than 12 consecutive months
We may need to revise these Terms. You will be informed in advance about this via notification service in application or to email address associated to your account. By continuing to use the Service after those revisions become effective, you agree with them without any additional actions required from you.
